MuLiGUI is a web frontend for the mldonkey peer-to-peer client.
Main focus is easy application-like usability and speed.
This is achieved with extensive use of the so-called AJAX technology.
In other words, what you will get is an mldonkey web frontend which, in terms of speed (maybe also usability in the future ;), feels more like a desktop frontend like Sancho for example.
The gui is still in an very early state of development so there have been no file releases yet.
